GWSMHS - GWSPH: Reservations for Academic & Event Spaces



 

Welcome to the space request system for the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) and the Milken Institute School of Public Health (GWSPH).

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.  A staff member will contact you for further details and will determine if the school can accommodate your request.

To access the system (GW users):
Log in using your GW netID in the "MY HOME" tab, shown above, to access the space request system. 

To access the system (non-GW users):
You may request a space as a guest user by clicking on "Request a Room" in the "MY HOME" tab.

Please note:
If you do not see your department listed under “Department” (in the “Reservations Details” step of the request process), select “Department Not Listed” and then type your department’s name in the “Organization” field in the “Additional Information” section.

Space in SMHS is only available to students, faculty, and staff in the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Medical Faculty Associates, and GW Hospital.  Any user may request space in GWSPH.
